He let me know by emails and texts specifically what lawn application he would be doing and what date he would do it. He worked with me when I had a concern about the time he was going to do it. I received a summary report after the application was done and instructions for what I should do. His customer service this year has exceeded my expectations and I know I can always contact him directly if I need something later.

    Custom came out to mulch a few landscaping beds and Christian did a great job, he cleaned up the beds and everything looked good when he was done. About a year ago I decided to simplify the maintenance around the yard. I had three different companies handling things. I chose to have Custom handle everything and Christian again showed it to be the right choice
