How much does lawn care cost in Kansas City?
Pricing depends on the size of your lawn and which services you need. Our 7-step lawn care program is priced per application based on square footage, and mowing is quoted per visit. We give free estimates and there is no contract, so call (913) 782-8315 or request a quote online and we will price your specific property.
When should I aerate and seed my lawn in Kansas City?
Early fall is the best time. Kansas City sits in the cool season grass zone, so tall fescue and Kentucky bluegrass germinate best when temperatures start dropping but the soil is still warm. Early spring is the second best window. We recommend aerating once a year.
Do you require a contract?
No. Custom Lawn does not require long term contracts for any service. We keep customers by doing good work, and many of ours have been with us for decades.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the entire Kansas City metro on both sides of the state line, plus Lawrence. What happens if I am not happy with a service?
Our "do the right thing" guarantee means we fix it. If an application did not do its job, the second one is free. On seeding, if you followed the care instructions and the seed failed, we reseed at no charge. Tell us what went wrong and we act on it.
