Sprinkler Service Technician

This full-time position requires substantial experience on both residential and commercial irrigation system repairs and maintenance. Knowledge of turf management is also helpful. As an Irrigation Tech you will service and manage customer irrigation system and coordinate client needs with the agronomic needs of the turf and landscape. Duties will include assisting other teams with their seasonal needs. Initial compensation begins at $15.00 – $20.00 per hr. with plenty of annual growth, significant profit sharing and a generous benefit package.

Turf and/or Plant Health Care Manager

This full-time position requires a degree and or extensive experience in turf management, horticulture, forestry or another related field. As a turf and plant health care manager you will service and manage customer properties in your own territory, recommend and provide integrated lawn and plant health care services such as fertilization, pest control, core aeration, and renovation. Initial compensation begins at $40,000+ with plenty of annual growth, significant profit sharing and a generous benefit package.

Mowing, Landscape Maintenance Crew and Crew Leader Positions

These positions may be seasonal or full-time but all of them provide the opportunity to advance. Mow teams consist of two people that are responsible for their own route. Landscape Maintenance Crews take responsibility for pruning, mulch, detailing client properties, landscape installations. All of these duties require a high level of skill, knowledge and personal integrity. The best of our technicians advance to crew leaders and beyond. Initial compensation begins at $16.92 but varies with skill, experience and technical knowledge. You will also enjoy a generous performance bonus and great benefit package.

Snow Removal Professionals

Custom Lawn is always seeking experienced professionals to add to our snow removal team. If you want to supplement your income in the winter months we have positions including: Snow plow driver, Snow plow sub-contractor, and Sidewalk crew positions available.
