He let me know by emails and texts specifically what lawn application he would be doing and what date he would do it. He worked with me when I had a concern about the time he was going to do it. I received a summary report after the application was done and instructions for what I should do. About a year ago I decided to simplify the maintenance around the yard. I had three different companies handling things.
