Cole at Custom Lawn does a great job of keeping us advised on the needs of our lawn. He responds to our requests quickly. Cole lets us know when treatment is scheduled and never treats our lawn unless we have given the ok. We appreciate Cole’s high level of communication. We have used Custom Lawn for 2 years and notice and HUGE difference in our lawn. It is beautiful!!!!

Sean O’D took over the lawn care for my yard last year. It was in poor to mediocre shape with wild violets and bare spots. But after a year under his care, this spring my lawn is like green carpet. Deep green color and thick without weeds, violets and bare spots. My neighbors have commented on how lush my lawn looks. I’m very pleased.

2024 Update:
Yet again, Jason comes in clutch. This time I had an actual irrigation "emergency" and he immediately knew what to do when he saw it. He also spent the time to educate me on why the issue occurred and made suggestions for the future. I honestly don't know how this guy doesn't run his own operation by now. He's a gem.

I wrote my first review a year ago and I just wanted to come back online and give an update. I've continued using this company and wouldn't dream of going to anyone else. Jason, once again, was truly the best. He's beyond knowledgeable and wants what's best for each of his customers. I really appreciate the time he spends talking through everything before, during and after the service. 10/10 would recommend...still.

2022 REVIEW:
I have been searching for a good company to become my go-to irrigation folks and I've 100% found it in Custom Lawn & Landscape. Setting up my appointment through Billy was super easy and he listened to my concerns about a previous experience with another company. He assured me that I would get the best by choosing CL&L.
They gave me plenty of heads up for my appointment window and Jason G. (the Irrigation Dept. Manager) showed up right on time. He was super kind and very educational. I like to learn and he was all about explaining everything in detail. He found a couple things that were causing issues and after getting my approval, he quickly handled the repair right then and there. He also priced a new controller for me so I could go ahead and start saving up for it as mine is quite a dinosaur!
I'll definitely continue to use this company for my irrigation needs! I highly recommend them. Bring on summer! Thanks again Jason!

I had Custom Lawn out for a sprinkler repair in June. After rebuilding a valve, it wasn't working again a few weeks later. I called my guy, Jason, and he came out no charge and rewired the zone. No company is perfect. I appreciate the prompt service to make it right.

They are the most reliable, professional, and responsive company I think I have ever interacted with.

Had Jason come out today. Really took his time to resolve the issue. Spent hours making sure that it was right and everything was working smooth. Can't say enough about how detailed his work was and clean up after work was done. Really made the effort to make sure all issues were resolved. Highly recommend Custom Lawn & Landscaping Co. We've used Custom Lawn for lawn care and aeration for about five years with great results. It's great having the same technician year round. We just had them install a sprinkler system (in a yard filled with large rocks)--Tim, Jason and the rest of the crew were great. After the install the aeration crew filled in the voids (because of the rock removal) with high-quality top soil. We're were pleased with their service as always, and will continue recommending them .

Update fours later--still very happy with their service. Cole for lawn applications and Jason for irrigation changes.

Cory work is perfect. He pays attention to the details.
Will be glad to recommend his service.

Custom Lawn's knowledgeable sprinkler team of Jason & Rene' recently installed a new drip line system to our front/side landscape. The project was bid and completed in an expert and timely manner, we will call on them again if future needs arise.

Seth has been providing the fertilizer treatments for my lawn for several years now. The lawn looks great - deep green and full. He is careful with the treatments to minimize overspray. He always lets me know a day in advance when he is coming.

I have been using Custom Lawn and Landscape for 2 years. Seth, my technician, has done a great job bringing my lawn back to life. Custom's prices are reasonable and the service is great.

Seth is simply the best! He is wonderful to partner with, gives solid advice and solutions for our yard. If it weren’t for him, our yard would look as beautiful as it does. His customer service is truly off the charts exceptional.

Seth always does an amazing job of caring for our lawn as if it was his own. The post-visit updates are always informative and if/when he sees that something might be starting to develop, he proactively communicates that before it becomes a problem. He's a great ambassador for Custom.

Best part is that Customs lawn care program is cheaper than the package you get from the local nurseries. And Seth and Sean care about my yard almost as much as I do! They tailored my treatments to my soil samples and not I have the best yard in the neighborhood!! Team Custom Lawn for the win!!

Rene helped complete our spring sprinkler commissioning and fixed some leaks in our sprinkler system. He did a fantastic job, was very helpful at walking through the issues and solution, and he was very responsive to quickly come back out to fix the leaks. I would highly recommend him and his service!

Seth days a great job with our yard every time. He sends reminders when he is coming. He is timely, efficient, and gives us a thorough report after he is done! We appreciate him helping us make our yard look good!
